The Team

The Doctors and Staff would like to  welcome you to our office.  Every member of our staff agrees on the same principles of providing dentistry in a caring, courteous manner.  Our mission is to blend Art with the Science of Dentistry.  We strive to make you look and feel your best by nurturing the mutual understanding and communication necessary to provide for dental needs.  Your well-being is our highest concern.

Our office is designed to make you feel at ease.  We are equipped and staffed to provide comprehensive dental care.  To ensure the safety of both  patients and staff, our sterilization program is designed to meet or exceed OSHA and CDC requirements.  You'll notice our masks and gloves, but there is much more to our safety procedures than that.  Just ask us and we will be glad to explain in detail.

The Doctors

As natives of the Bay Area, both Drs. Roland and Waymond Leong grew up in San Francisco.  Dr. Roland received his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of California, Davis; while Dr. Waymond received his undergraduate degree in Bio-chemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles.  Dr. Roland attained his professional degree at New York University and U.C.S.F.-Advanced General Dentistry.  Dr. Waymond received his professional degree at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.  Both are members of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, San Francisco Dental Society, San Mateo Dental Society, and Kiwanis of San Mateo.  Both Drs. Roland and Waymond Leong keep abreast with new techniques by participating in many continuing education seminars.  They often add new procedures and ideas that enhance the patient's quality of care.
